Standing just shy of 3 feet tall, this garden gnome sits atop a toadstool. A custom built stand supported this completely edible cake all the way to Maryland and back without a ding, dent or crack! This cake took 2nd place in the Master's Special Techniques category.
A 1:60 scale model of the Ohio State Waterproofing Building was created to celebrate their 30th anniversary. All of the details of the building are incorporated down to the placement of the air conditioning units on the top of the building down to the picnic table and garbage can in the employees outside area.
The cake served approx. 350 and measured 4 feet by 6 feet!
Fondant covered stacked wine crate cakes filled with chocolate shaving "packing" make for an unusual theme wedding cake. Hand painted details, sugar bottle and real grapes. This cake is completely edible!

To show the length of this cake, my husband held up the board. This fish measures in at a whopping 42". Covered in fondant.
A mermaid sits atop edible coral resting in a sea of cake. Offering supper to her grandchildren, the eager little fish gather around. All figures are hand crafted from fondant and hand painted, including the mermaid. Chocolate covered strawberries serve as the rocky shoreline mixed within the coral.

All pricing is subject to design complexity and flavors chosen.
It is recommended that you choose pound cake or a dense cake for 3 dimensional cakes.
